Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family! For this product, we will provide a customizable cut sheet, and call to talk you through it. The price is calculated from hanging weight. Final price estimates include processing/cut & wrap fee.
Your beef will dry age for 14 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3 weeks after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
